Cadence at Nocatee

I used to have nothing but good things to say about this place but now I feel differently. Communication is not great here, they expect us to follow their rules but don’t adhere to any of their own standards such as trash rules, etc. There used to be events here but they are far and few compared to how they used to be. There is a large trash pile up near the trash compactor that sits and marinates. The sign has been broken for weeks, and the landscaping could use serious work. The staff and residents are helpful and friendly. The staff goes out of it way to make sure repairs are done swiftly. I can’t say enough about Eddie he is always quick to address issues. Love my apartment.$

Cadence has a nice mix of community and a management team that advocates for residents to provide for the best experience possible.
The pool and clubhouse are beautiful.

I enjoy living at the cadence in Nocatee. The office staff is very helpful. The property is well maintained. The Apartment size is bigger than most apartments.

Very quiet, nice and clean apartments. Front desk is always so nice! Moved here in June and no issues at all. Would recommend to other people!
