The pool has been a little bit dirty recently but of course appreciate all of the amenities. This is a great place to live!
We would also appreciate more pool furniture.

Property is always clean, quiet, and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive whenever I need assistance. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, which really makes a difference.

The amenities are a huge plus, especially the pool, fitness center, and community areas. I also appreciate how safe and welcoming the neighborhood feels. Parking is convenient, and the location is close to shopping, restaurants, and major roads, making daily life much easier.

Overall, this has been... a comfortable and enjoyable place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a well-managed apartment community.

I love my apartment. I love the friends that I have met. I believe are Super Eddie is terrific. I do not believe the owners realize how they have not given the office in Cadence monies to do the following:
Fix the fire pit
Clean the chairs by the pool
We need at least 3 umbrellas by the pool
Clean the rug in the clubhouse(it is really dirty)
Also do not tell your staff to lie to people that come look that we are getting a coffee machine

I really see a down ward trend for keeping up with... things. I do not blame the staff. Your budget for the development is the cause. People are noticing. I wish maybe some things can be fix. I know the people that move in have to be reminded to follow the rules. It takes a village to keep a place interesting. I am staying!¹

Best experience ever, 5 Star....very safe friendly and lovely community!!!Best Staff in office including maintenance too,Neighbors very friendly....Easy access to shoppings centers ,doctors office schools and so many recreational facilities around for any ages...
