Excellent apartments!
I love living at springs! The staff is amazing. They are always ready to help. The apartments are very clean. The whole atmosphere is lovely!

Look elsewhere
Paper thin walls. Most of the people here are upset with the new management which either does not care or is completely incompetent. There are much better options in this area.

First Time Renters
We sold our house in the Midwest to move to Florida, and we are living at The Springs at Port Charlotte and LOVE IT! Love the property, so nice, so clean and the yard looks amazing. The staff (maintenance and front office) is friendly and always there to help!

All in one living!
I just moved into the springs at Port Charlotte. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The apartments are great for the area and the amenities are awesome: dog park and bathing area, car wash, pool, fitness room, are all here. I have been helped mainly by Thalia, an excellent experience.
