Very inconsiderate. Property getting run down. I've lived here 6 years. Moving out when lease is up. Rules not reinforced unpleasant to live here now.

My elderly parents have lived here for approx a year and a half. Recently my mom passed away unexpectedly so I stepped in to coordinate moving my father out and requesting a termination of the recently renewed lease. Obviously these were unforeseen and legitimate circumstances for requesting an early termination, dad was no longer able to afford the apartment on his fixed single income and we were moving him north to be with family.

Upon calling the office and very respectfully requesting… this early termination and providing 50 days of notice, I was told that it was unfortunate but he would be subject to loss of deposit as well as 2 full months of rent as penalty. This is not even a nice place, don't let the freshly painted red doors fool you, it's disgusting.

this is an entry level apt. none of the outlets work properly, cannot get rid of the damp, funk smell. i use a lot of airwicks and only masks the smell. they are also elevated from the ground a foot or so and sounds like a heard of elephants running through when just walking in.

My apartment is small and I have twin boys who loves toys and to run around but there is no room. We live in a two bedroom apartment and I just need space and alot of help.
