Annual Shootout
For the price. You could live somewhere decently for $200 more in rent. There seems to be fatal parking lot shootings very often. Seems at least one or two a year. So if paying $200 less in subsidized housing at the price of your life. Then this is the place for you.

Stop holding on to deposit and application fee
Customer service is very poor. They hold on to your deposits and application fees while giving you the run around! If you are denying my application deny it and stop holding on to my money!

Awful customer service
Can't get a hold of anyone and when you do they play games with your application. All while holding your application fee and deposit only to months later deny you for making too much money on their made up spreadsheet that didn't match my pay! This place is a joke

Terrible
I wouldn’t recommend this apartment complex to anybody unless you by yourself with no friends or family. First off the apartment complex only have like 5 visitors parking for 7 buildings to share. I went to visit a friend and was only there for a good hour and when I was about to leave we realized my car was towed. I’m not even a resident so I’m am very upset and I’m from out of town so it made the situation even worse. There wasn’t any towing zone signs. So I had to wait til the next morning to... get my car from Universal Towing and just a side note it’s $125 on weekdays and $160 on weekends....what a rip off ! I was really considering moving into this apartment complex but with this experience I don’t wanna stay here. And far as Universal Towing if they look for some type of review or promotional advertisement then that’s not going to happen because I had two wait two hours and a half with other people from the same apartment complex to get my car and they was very rude. But I will be calling in the morning looking for a refund. If I knew this before hand I wouldn’t have stop by at all because even my friend and her husband was surprised and they live there.
