Management is AWESOME!
Lachelle and Crystal and ALL staff are so energetic and so caring! My husband and I are moving from Tennessee to Daytona in October 2023 and they were more than happy to get us approved and accommodate for the things that we asked for. They really went above and beyond and have already made our move experience fantastic! We can't wait to live there, the property is well maintained and just absolutely beautiful. Everything is up-to-date, and the inside Apartments are just as gorgeous as the... exterior of the buildings. Moving from 10 hours away, you get a little skeptical about images you see online, but I must say that if you can't commute to look at the place, you will not be unhappy with the decision moving here, and we just truly think all the staff for everything they've done for us so far!

The Groves
This is a good community. The maintence here are very good at fixing things fast. We have a few stores and restraunts around us. The Metro bus stops out front of the gates. We have 2 pools and exercise room. The staff here is very friendly and helpful.

As good as it gets and affordable.
The Groves has a very eye catching appearance: well kept landscape and updated interiors and exteriors. For example, our apartment, a three bed, came furnished with a 50 in flat screen tv already mounted and a washer and dryer. There are bigger apartments out there but the Groves set up their rooms to make it feel bigger and function more efficiently. This is my second year of college and I am paying less than I would for a dorm and As things are progressing I am planning to stay here additional... for years.
Also: the help at the front desk is remarkable.
