Ridge Gardens

The apartments are mostly renovated in the meensure of paint and floors. Appliances are outdated, cabinets are old and falling apart. Been in three different apartments with Windtree and each bathroom has mold behind the tile in the showers. The tunes are cracked. Has a community pool that's not truly kept up. Rent is high for a sugar coated apartment complex. Rent does not reflect value. No threat on shin holes for the buildings have had support beams placed under them. No gated which allows... walk throughs. Pond has no decks. Playgrounds are rusted. Change in management is promising for the future. Poor maintenance ethics regarding timly fixings or the work being completed. The walls are thin and provide low insulation so a higher than average electric bill is to be expected.
