Best Apartments Ever!!!

I was here for 2yrs and was super sad to leave. Only reason for moving was I got a promotion and had to move out of state. Office staff super nice and maintenance always on time when things need to be fixed. Apartments are very clean and community well kept. I loved it here.

The 7 Palms Apartments, where I live, is owned by Dominuim. The entrance to
Dominuim 7Palms in PuntaGorda, is impressive...and it gets better. My living area is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment, washer and dryer included . . My favorite feature is definitely the huge walk-in closet in the master bedroom suite. In fact, I really love all the closet space including the hallway pantry. It's great. The grounds are cared for regularly and the maintenance is excellent. One call to the... office and a competent and friendly guy shows up and fixes whatever. My rugs have just been cleaned, courtesy of 7 Palms. It doesn't get any better than this. 7 Palms is a good place to call home!

persistence

When renting an apartment, ask questions like, hours of pool ,gym,& laundry room.. . Make sure they keep on top off controlling red ant piles. If You pay water make sure you have a separate meter. I didn't know that my apartment complex has 1 meter per building. I am a long and my water bill is $38.00 per month which is crazy. I am on disability and need to know exactly how much my real bill is , don't guesstimate a bill....

Amazing!!

From the staff, to the pool, to all the amenities, this place is absolutely wonderful. Super clean when I moved in, excellent sized apartments for such an affordable cost. They are also pet friendly which is always a plus!! I truely love living here.
