What a great place to live

I’ve been here 2 years and it’s been terrific. Barb, the onsite manager is fantastic. Not that I need her a lot, but always there.
The complex is quiet, we have great neighbors and very central. Beautifully maintained and never have I lived in a place that is as welcoming and easy.

Love living here

The central location is excellent for shopping, dinning and entertainment. Beautiful walking paths are also near by. It's a peaceful, friendly community. I have lived here 8 + years and appreciate all of the above plus enjoy the pool and club house. The apartments are nicely appointed with energy efficient appliances, granite counters and well maintained by a professional maintenance man. There is always management staff available in case of an emergency.

Living at the Oaks on Henry

Great location for living in the Punta Gouda area. Walking distance to the Farmers Market and various restaurants.
The Pool area is great and the management staff is super friendly.
If looking for a place to live in PG choose The Oaks on Henry.
Just love living here.

Love it!

These are the only apartments that my husband and I have ever lived in that love them so much even after two going on three years. They are so beautiful inside and out and you can’t even hear any of the neighbors.

Amazing place to live !

I have lived at this property for over 2 years, I have not one complaint, neighbors are friendly, property manager is fantastic, owner of property is constantly updating property! Units are up to date and well taken care of. Pool and club house are amazing especially for entertaining. Property manager is always putting community gatherings and parties together! I would have to say the best part about living at the oaks on Henry is I feel safe! If your looking for a great place to rent, this… is the place !!!
