They will advertise one price and then add on additional fees. Your rental amount will not be what you sign for. I just signed in April 2022. They add on additional fees which will increase your rent by about 200-300 MORE. You don’t have to believe me. YOU WILL SEE!!!

If you would’ve asked me what I thought about my apartment complex last year I would’ve told you, it was quiet, clean, and affordable! I’m here to tell you today this is no longer the case ! Packages have been stolen from my door step, owners no longer clean up after their pets and the price they tell you is not the price you you pay ! Don’t believe look at my rent break down ! Do not believe when they say cable and internet are included in your rent it is not ! And you do not have the choice... to remove it. I’m also paying a protection fee which feels bogus ! I unfortunately have 11 months left on my lease and I will do my time. I just don’t want anyone else being tricked / bamboozled by this place because the cost of rent is a lie ! Read More

I cannot recommend living here at all. Having a pest infestation has made every day one of anxiety and stress for what critters I might find in my living room or kitchen, invading my space.

Roaches have infiltrated just about every space in my apartment. I literally cannot cook in my kitchen because it will draw in more. Then there's the silverfish... They're honestly just as bad, showing up on the walls everywhere. Orkin, the pest control service here, has done a poor job of keeping them at... bay by failing to visit my unit every month. Orkin was even lying to the leasing office about coming! I've brought this issue to Lola's attention several times (at least six!) only for their receptionist to tell me he will "resolve" the problem. And of course, nothing happened each time. I reckon I have seen around twenty or more roaches in this past year. I have never seen more roaches in my life, and I've been in Florida for twenty years.

Visited in March, found Michael, Nicole, and Denise to be good advocates and extremely helpful in our discovery of this complex. We moved in over the past week and it’s fulfilled our expectations. It’s an apartment complex a cut above the standard ones. They are still building here and the network is great and then not good; so a work in progress. Must update after a while. We are Happy here, Thank you ??
