Don’t move here
There are so many issues within these apartments it’s baffling. The main points being the leasing staff lied to us and filled in their own answers to get us to sign for a 12month lease, the state of the apartment on move in day was absurd, and communications within are unbearable. The apartment had a door hanging from the hinge, lights out of the ceiling, bathroom fans exploding with gunk, walls pealing, and counter not even flush with sides of wall. With billing, they sent us the entirely wrong... company for the mandatory services (ex trash valet) , resulting in us getting raccoons on the porch and daily messes to clean since it was never collected. The amount of issues is ridiculous, especially when we had just had a new born 2 months after moving in. Even having a period of no water “if possible” for an extended period of time. We will not be renewing and highly do NOT recommend.
