Parties or events are not allowed, and loud music, noise, or partying are prohibited. If the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons, you will be charged $500 and may face non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation. No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas; smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose of ash and cigarette butts properly. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors. No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time. Same-day reservations must be made no later than 7 pm and at least 4 hours before check-in time. For extended stays, occasional access may be requested with advance notice.
