Noise is going to depend mostly on your specific upstairs neighbor which you aren't going to know in advance. If you are concerned that will be an issue, pay extra for a top floor unit.
The noise issues you CAN check in advance are proximity to busy road, airport, or traintracks, review the lease/policies to make sure pianos, guitars, drums and horn instruments are banned, make sure there are specified "Quiet Hours," no dogs allowed, proximity of your specific apartment to the garage doors,... dumpsters, and pool.

Comfortable place to live. Community activities, if desired. Attentive maintenance. Office staff easy to talk to. Great location - grocery, schools, restaurants (fast food & otherwise) - all with a mile or so.

The new management has changed the experience to being much more enjoyable. They respond to calls and emails now and that has made living here much more enjoyable because the staff actually responds, where it was not like that with the old staff. So thank you for that
