Since we’ve moved here over 4 years ago, the elevator has malfunctioned several times. Unfortunately, it seems to take anywhere from a couple weeks to over 6 months the to repair. This makes it challenging when you live on the upper floors.

Moving in has been a mess especially with the elevators being down. The staff is nice but I’m still apprehensive about this place. My unit is gorgeous but there has been a long unnecessary journey to get here.

I’ve really enjoyed living at The Courtney at Universal. The location is hard to beat, and being able to see the Epic Universe fireworks right from my window is definitely a perk! ?? The saltwater pool is great, and overall the community is relatively quiet, relaxed, and comfortable.

Communication can sometimes be a little difficult, but it looks like there’s new management coming in, and with more competition in the area, I’m hopeful we’ll see some improvements. Overall, I’ve had a good… experience and really love the location.

The Courtney is a great community, the administration has a good communication with the residents, when something is wrong they have a fast response to any maintenance issues and they always offer lots of activities for the residents

Honestly it’s been great. The whole complex feels like home. I like perks and the amenities. And being able to watch the fireworks every night has been such an amazing experience
