The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king bed and an additional TV and dresser. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and a third TV. The central bathroom includes a stylish walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with essentials and soft towels. Step out onto the covered back patio to enjoy the ocean breeze, complete with a sitting area and a Keurig coffee machine.

St. Augustine Beach, with its seaside restaurants, shops, and St. John's County Ocean Pier Park, is also just one block away.

Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Events are not allowed. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests must update the number of guests to the correct amount, as additional fees may be charged for more guests on the premises than notated in the reservation. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. There are two active security cameras: one at the front of the home facing the parking area and another facing the pool and pool deck area. Tampering with or removing the security camera may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate the premises. Furniture, appliances, and décor should not be moved from their original positions. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not allowed. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow the House Rules written and posted in the house. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Early access will not be provided without prior approval.
