The powder white kitchen comes fully equipped with everything you could need to cook up breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The central bathroom has a stylish walk-in shower and a vanity stocked with all the essentials and plenty of soft, fluffy towels.

Paradise Palms is centrally located just one block from the white sandy beach on the stunning Anastasia Island. The Island shares the rich and varied history that St. Augustine and its historic district holds. There are many attractions, shops, and restaurants all with a laid-back, breezy vibe, giving you the ideal place to escape the crowds of the St. Augustine downtown area. Just one block from the suite is the gorgeous St. Augustine Beach. Here you’ll find seaside restaurants, shops, and St. John’s County Ocean Pier Park.
There is potential for noise, as you may hear guests in the adjoining unit. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the security camera may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
