Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Parties are not permitted, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Furniture and outdoor furniture should not be moved from their original positions. No pets are allowed on the property. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. Vaping and smoking are strictly prohibited on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
