You may hear guests in the adjoining unit. The home has two active security cameras: one at the front facing the parking area and another facing the pool and full pool deck area. No private areas are visible, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee.
