The interior is spacious and tastefully decorated, offering a fully stocked kitchen and a downstairs kitchenette, along with a washer and dryer, and beach supplies. The outdoor space boasts two oversized covered decks with hammock swings overlooking a natural lush backyard, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or playing a game of corn-hole. The downstairs suite includes a kitchenette, a full bathroom with a shower, an open bedroom and living space with a king bed and a twin daybed with trundle, and a washer/dryer. The upstairs home features a full kitchen and dining area, a living room, a master suite with a king bed and a full bathroom, two additional bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the second with a full bed with a twin trundle and an additional twin bed), and a second full bathroom.
Pool heat is available for $30 per day, with inquire for terms and conditions, and one dog under 50 lbs is permitted for each stay with a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).

Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, except for toilet paper. Guests are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or their guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests must follow the house rules posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written. Any excessive mess will result in the loss of the security deposit in the additional amount needed to pay cleaners. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in reservation cancellation and guests being requested to vacate the premises.
