Neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00 PM through 8:00 AM. Please do not smoke or vape on the property, as a $500 cleaning fee will be applied for any smoking. No eating or drinking is permitted in the bedrooms, with closed water bottles as an exception. Report any damages and/or breakages within 24 hours of occurrence. Please wash all dishes and run the dishwasher prior to departure if used. No candles or other open flame items are allowed in the house. All minors must remain under adult supervision within the pool area, fire pit, and grilling area. Please remove all trash from the home and place it in outside garbage bins prior to checking out. Do not rearrange the furniture. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in additional cleaning or maintenance required, guests will be responsible for additional cleaning charges. In the unfortunate event that neighbors are disturbed, guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately and a $500 fee will be assessed. No illegal activity or guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. For pets, there is a 50lb weight limit per pet, and they are not allowed on beds or sofas, with an additional fee of $30 if this rule is violated. Pets are not to be bathed in the bathroom tubs or sinks. All pet waste must be cleaned up outside and disposed of in the outside garbage bin prior to check-out, or an additional fee of $50 will be added. Failure to report a pet prior to arrival will result in an additional $100 fee being added on top of the original pet fee.
