Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay and must be at least 21. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning.
