No parties, pets, or smoking are allowed on the property, including the front porch. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to an additional fee of $100 per hour. Guests are liable for any property damage during their stay. The home is not child-proofed, so parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
