The home also features a full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and fluffy white towels. Two guest bedrooms each have a smart TV, one with a queen bed and the other with a spacious king-size bed. The master suite is complete with a king-size bed and a large flat screen TV, along with a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The yard is fully fenced.
The home is dog friendly for 1 dog under 50 lbs, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. Covered off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars.
This peaceful retreat is located in the West King district, near local spots such as Buena Onda, the Cheese Wheel, and Bog Brewery. Downtown St. Augustine is a short 3-5 minute drive or bike ride away, and Vilano Beach is just over a 10-minute drive.
Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
