Do not overload the washer/dryer, wash sandy beach items or towels in the units, and empty the dryer lint trap after every use, as additional fees will apply if units are damaged due to improper use. The storage room is to remain closed at all times. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Guests found to have had a party without host permission will be responsible for additional cleaning charges, and guests disturbing neighbors will be asked to vacate the property immediately.
