Located in the heart of Uptown St. Augustine, this cottage is just a few minutes' walk from local favorites including Sunday Gathering Table, Raintree, and Juniper. The trolley stop is down the street at the Mission Nombre de Dios. You'll be a short walk from boutique shops, art galleries, antique stores, and local eateries. The downtown Historic District is a 15-minute walk away. Driving to Vilano Beach is less than a 10-minute drive.
Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. The minimum age to book is 21. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, an additional fee may be charged. No parties are allowed. No vaping or smoking is allowed inside or outside the property, including the outdoor patio. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
