Quiet hours are enforced between 10pm and 8am per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee.
