Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival and must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home and above the garage, facing the driveway. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited, including marijuana. No underage drinking is allowed. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
