The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. The number of guests must be updated to the correct amount, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. All events must be approved prior, with a security deposit and event fee, and proof of event liability insurance is required. If an unapproved party/event does occur, the hosts reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced, and guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home and above the garage, facing the driveway, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check-in. No vaping/smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $100/hr. [SI]
