The main home features a spacious living room with a cozy sectional, a large smart TV, and an electric fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for in-home meals. The master ensuite includes a king bed, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dresser, a smart TV, and a large walk-in closet. There is a second full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, dresser, closet, and smart TV. A washer/dryer and ironing board/iron are also available on the first floor. The second floor offers a second living space with a couch and smart TV, a guest bedroom with a queen bed, Bedroom 3 with a queen bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV, and Bedroom 4 with a full bed with a twin trundle, closet, dresser, and smart TV. A full bathroom with a walk-in shower is also on the second floor. The outdoor patio boasts a pool with a waterfall feature, pool chairs on the sun shelf, cozy loungers, a conversation set with large umbrellas for shade, and an outdoor shower. The guest suite includes a fully stocked kitchen with a small cooking set and drip coffee maker, a dining set for 4, a queen bed, a smart TV, a dresser, a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a closet with a washer/dryer.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Beach gear is provided, including chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella. A long driveway can accommodate up to 5-6 cars or boat trailers. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted with prior approval and a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. The garage will not be available for guest use.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The home is not suitable for parties, bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has 3 active security cameras: one at the front door, one facing the driveway, and one facing the pool area. Any attempt to remove, cover, or disconnect any of the cameras will result in immediate removal from the property. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from their original positions. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. If dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, additional charges will apply. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is prohibited. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as the home is not child-proofed.
