Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am. This is a non-smoking property, and any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Events are not allowed, and the home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The minimum age to book is 21, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
