No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused by themselves or their guests. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed. Guests are required to follow house rules and checkout procedures. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay.
