The modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee machine, a large breakfast bar, and stone benchtops. An attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to the Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay.
