This meticulously remodeled and charming cottage from the early 1900's features high-speed internet, cable, a full kitchen, a combination washer/dryer, and a cozy front porch. The kitchen provides all the necessities and more for your in-home meals, including well-stocked glasses, plates, silverware, and cooking utensils. Appliances include a refrigerator, electric stove, microwave, toaster, and a combination drip and single-use (Keurig style) coffee machine with a beginning supply of k-pods provided at check-in. Great amenities like a soaking/lounge pool, propane grill, and plenty of outdoor seating offer the perfect ways to relax after a day of exploring the city.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $25 per day.

This house has no designated off-street parking, but there is plenty of free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. Quiet hours are between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during quiet hours. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and an attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Late check-outs and early check-ins will not be provided without prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $50/hr. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay. While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
