The home is not suitable for infants, toddlers, or young children under the age of 12 due to the pool. Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are allowed, and any guests outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to their arrival. A security camera is installed at the front door, and tampering with it may result in the reservation being canceled. No pets are allowed on the property at any time, and no smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to additional fees, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged $50 per hour.
