Flagler Crossing

I’ve been here 2 years. Staff turnover is insane, manager #5 just arrived. The parking lot is dangerous, people just fly through and nothing is done, hallways are dirty, dog poop in the grass, the sprinklers are not set up correctly and will spray on the sidewalks and cars. The luxury part is the pool area, that’s all. The apartments are cheaply made and you know where they cut corners. The trains come by many times a day and while the noise doesn’t bother me personally, you can’t ignore it. The... concerning thing is the building shakes every single time, not just a little either…

These apartments are advertised as luxury. The only thing luxury about tgem is tge price they are charging in rent.

This is extremely cheep construction. The apartments are directly adjacent to the RR tracks. I am on the far side away from tge tracks. Every time a train passes the building shakes. I am not talking a minor wiggle. I have been in earthquakes, this is comparable.

The corners cut in construction translate through the inadequate sound proofing. If you are interested in knowing... your neighbor's intimately, their routines, favorite shows, etc... then this is your place.

My daughter is 6. She lives to dance!! 15 minutes after moving into our apartment two neighbors stopped by to say it sounded like a heatd of elephants trampling around. I assured them it was my 40lb girl dancing in excitement of being in our new home in Florida.

To common ares are disgusting, hallways filthy, pool constantly closed, office staff is extremely rude. I have been treated as a nuisance since the moment I signed tge lease. Oh, they will be very sweet and accommodating during the application process, but tgen they turn cold. This is a shared experience by many temenrs here.

The only good thing I can say is about tge 2 pickle ball courts. I have met some great people there and played many great games. My daughter loves to roller skate on the smooth courts. Read More

The costumer service here is amazing!! The leasing office is always there to help and maintenance is always coming in to fix my problems very fast!!

I moved in my apartment 1525 in Nov. The buildings are brand new, clean and spacious, not to mention the landscape is beautiful with a lake. Michael and Amanda are amazing. They made the moving in process quick and simple. I'm very grateful for all their help. I would definitely recommend this community for your new residence.
