Location, location

The office and maintenance staff are the best. Always responsive to my request. Making great changes to the property. Love the location! Very close to my job and things i love to do. Thank you James and Keryn. Great Customer Service and very personable.

Residential, customer service, location

James and julio are amazing. The staff at gateway is always helpful and have made wonderful changed to the property. I have been here over 5 years and im very pleased with the customer service and location

Location and great customer service

James and his team deliver exceptional customer service. You couldn't ask for a better location. Everything is under 15-20 away. The residential portal is easy to navigate

Location, customer service

The location is unmatched. Its located near all the popular beaches and shopping. James and his staff deliver top notch customer service. The residential amenities are nice as well.
