Roach INFESTATION. disgusting

It’s so disgusting in this apartment building that I don’t even feel comfortable walking through the hallways. They clean It up nice enough when doing tours that you don’t know until you live there. Constantly stepping through roaches in the hallways. Catching them running into your apartment when coming home. Rats in the dumpsters. RUN don’t walk from this place please.

ROACH INFESTED

So when I toured the apartment, everything looked perfect. Then I became friendly with a neighbor who asked me if I saw any roaches in the apartment, to which I responded, no. However, within weeks I started seeing individual roaches here and there. However, I figured as long as I kept my apartment clean I wouldn’t have any issues. That was very ignorant of me. You see, the entire building is roach infested, which means the roaches are probably crawling all throughout the vents and cracks laying… eggs or whatever they do. Well the number of roaches I’ve seen has started to multiply. And today I saw the BIGGEST roach I have ever seen in my life and I don’t know if I’m even comfortable sleeping or living in here any further. What if there are more of them that are that big? And pest control? THERE ISN'T any! Now if you like roaches, by all means. However, if you don’t - then do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Even when you go to throw trash in the dumpster shoot they come flying out. Helpppp meee. Although I am disgusted I am primarily TERRIFIED…..

I love my unit.

I have lived at Charter House for 1 year. I loved my unit with one bedroom new wood laminated floor. The building is quite and no one bothered me. The management team and the staff at Charter House are friendly and very polite.
I would like to live for many years, but because of my job I was obliged to leave for another state.

I upgraded my unit and love it !!

I have lived at Charter House for 2 years. By chance I found out they was upgrading a similar unit; new wood laminated floors. I saw the unit and went wow !!! They let me change units. The management team and staff at Charter House are wonderful. I like living here before my new apartment. "Now I love it". The one bedroom deluxe unit is very spacious and a nice flow to it. The building is quite and no one bothers me. I plan on staying here for a long time.
