Everyone is pretty friendly went out to the pool area we all had a good time wish it was a little park for the kids though there is a lot of little kids including my child that goes outside

This apartment complex has exceeded expectations and offers a welcoming home. The professional management team is attentive and responsive, promptly addressing any questions or concerns.
The grounds are beautifully maintained, presenting a pristine and inviting appearance. Apartments are spacious, filled with natural light, and boast well-designed layouts for comfort and functionality. The in-unit washer and dryer simplify daily routines.
Community amenities are exceptional. The on-site fitness... center and refreshing pool are invaluable. A vibrant and supportive atmosphere is evident in the communal spaces and resident events. This complex is highly recommended for anyone seeking a stylish, comfortable, and well-managed place to live.

While the clubhouse and pool areas are well-maintained, the open-air hallways and stairwells are often dirty, with cobwebs hanging on walls, near doors, and in corners. The windows under the blue awnings look like they haven’t been cleaned in ages, giving the property a neglected feel beyond the main amenities.
Maintenance has also been an issue—despite a clear request, no one notified me before entering my unit for a recent inspection.
The road in front of the complex feels more like a... racetrack; it’s unpleasant to walk along and late-night drag racing has led to multiple 2 a.m. wake-ups.
Finally, although it’s advertised as a gated community, the gates are always open at night, which doesn’t offer much of a sense of security.
There are some positives, but the lack of consistent upkeep and follow-through makes it hard to fully recommend.

Reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the speeding in the parting lot by others! Stop signs need to be added and a speed limit needs to be posted before someone gets hurt
