Great place to live!
I can’t say enough good things about Marlowe Gateway! From the moment I moved in, the experience has been nothing short of fantastic. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and the manager, Katie, is truly outstanding. She’s always willing to listen, offer support, and goes above and beyond to ensure residents are happy.
The events here are a major highlight – they’re fun, well-organized, and really help build a sense of community. It’s one of those little touches that makes living here... feel extra special.
The gym is awesome – clean, modern, and never too crowded. The office is always beautifully kept, creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere every time I stop by.
One of my favorite things about Marlowe Gateway is how pet-friendly it is. My fur child is always greeted with love, and it’s clear the team truly cares about both two- and four-legged residents.
Location-wise, it’s super convenient – close enough to downtown and just a short trip to Trader Joe’s (my personal favorite!). Plus, maintenance is always prompt, efficient, and friendly.
