AVOID!
Thermostats here are locked by management and cannot be unlocked. You pay your own energy bill and these are very expensive apartments yet you have to sweat in your home because the management is cheap.

Property Manager at Park & Main responded to this review
Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We genuinely appreciate resident feedback and want to respond thoughtfully and factually to the point you raised. Like many multi-unit residential communities, the thermostats in our building are... programmed with a minimum cooling setpoint. This type of control, commonly set around 68°F, is a standard practice designed to protect HVAC equipment, prevent system strain, and support the overall efficiency and longevity of the building’s systems. While residents have full control over their temperature settings within this range, these parameters help ensure consistent performance and reliability for each apartment connected to the system. It’s also important to note that energy usage is based on individual consumption rather than management-controlled operation. We understand that comfort is important, and if a resident feels their home is not cooling properly within the allowable range, we always encourage them to contact our team so maintenance can inspect the system and ensure it’s operating as intended. Our goal is to provide a comfortable living environment while maintaining the HVAC systems. Thank you, Park & Main Management.
