Outstanding Staff That Truly Makes This Place Home

Living at Sole on Central has been such a great experience, and the staff is a huge reason why. They’re welcoming, responsive, and genuinely care about the people who live here, you feel it every day, not just at move-in.

The monthly resident get-togethers are such a fun touch and make it easy to meet awesome neighbors and feel part of a real community. Add in the unbeatable Central Ave location near great food, art, beaches, it’s the perfect place to live. Highly recommend!

amenities always closed, elevators never working, rude front office. pay the extra money to live anywhere else i promise

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES LEASE HERE

The property has been under construction for past 9 months. Tenants' lives have been made miserable, false promises have been made and management does nothing about it. Units flooded due to construction prior to the hurricane. Items were damaged and stolen during the remediation of this flooding. Construction has caused noise issues for months. Amenities like the pool are constantly closed due to code violations. Garage gates are left open by management leading to break-ins of cars and homeless… people in the hallway. Do not live here you will regret it every day of your life

Overpriced

Prices keep going up for basic appliances, peeling adhesive wood patterned cabinets, and not even a real balcony (in most units). Walls are SO thin you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes. Parking is $75 on top of your base rent. Good luck getting a spot after 7pm on your floor if you live on a lower level.

Terrible management

Management is rude, disrespectful. Gates to garage frequently arent working. Mailroom is trashed. Resident sits in common area all day, loudly conducting his insurance business from his cell phone. Walls are thin. No sufficient parking available for tenants or guests. I cannot wait for my lease to end.
