Overall a very nice place to live. Staff is wonderful. Pool is beautiful. Gym room is okay. Laundry is okay. Packages don't always get delivered to apartment but office and not always able to get there before closes. Getting new neighbors can very much disrupt the peaceful living you become accustomed to. Mainly due to pets. Would be nice if certain buildings were maybe offered pet free. Smoke free living however neighbors in back apartments smoking cigarettes inside their home seeped thru the... walls and it was awful for a time being. Office unable to manage it. Would be nice to be assigned one parking per apartment. At times can be congested. Very accommodating office. May have chosen to lease longer if cheaper one bedrooms were offered. Down sizing as kids are now off on their own so will be moving with the end of this lease.

My resident experience has been amazing. While I normally brag about how great the staff members are, from the office to the maintenance crew, this one’s for the amenities. Being a resident here for a little over two years now, it’s taken me some time to use everything we have to offer but I am still in love with all the things! The pool is always well managed, the fitness room keeps improving and I’ve been able to cancel my gym membership cause it has everything I need to progress, and the... office lounging space has been a huge game changer for me as wfh employee!
