An absolute embarrassment of an establishment. This place is a complete nightmare. Management outright lied to my family member about the availability of the unit she applied for—then acted like it was her fault when she called them out. Instead of owning up to their dishonesty, they escalated the situation to the point of threatening to call the police on her for simply demanding the truth. When the property manager got involved in the situation she made promises she did not keep and when she… was called out on delivering on those promises and after numerous text messages and phone calls requesting assistance were sent to her - they were all ignored.

The property itself is filthy including the appliances inside the units, and the staff is beyond incompetent—unprofessional, disorganized, and clearly not equipped to handle basic customer service. I’ve never dealt with such a shady and hostile rental experience in my life.

Trash! Unorganized! Inconsistent! Money hungry! Service from management horrible they never answer calls almost like if they block numbers never return calls dont know anything always have to ask someone else managers never there I dont even know who it is. Theyve been through multiple pest companys apartments still have roaches.
