Stratford Point

I'm so glad I moved out of this apartment complex a few months ago. If I could give it 0 stars, I would.
Please think twice before signing a lease here. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The smell of marijuana is constant throughout the property, the trash area is filthy, and the hallways and stairwells are disgustingly dirty. The buildings are poorly maintained, with layers of paint peeling and cracking everywhere. I even saw roaches in the hallways.
Maintenance... was one of the biggest problems. Requests were often ignored, and when someone finally showed up, the work was rushed and poorly done. It felt like repairs were just patched up instead of actually fixed.
The office staff may seem friendly when you're touring the property, but that changed completely after I signed my lease. Once you're a resident, don't expect the same treatment. The manager was consistently rude, dismissive, and showed no concern for residents or their concerns. Customer service was practically nonexistent.
I also frequently saw maintenance employees spending time flirting with residents instead of focusing on their work, while many maintenance issues around the property remained unresolved.
Based on my experience, I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone. I strongly encourage anyone considering renting here to look elsewhere before making a decision. The reviews are deceiving. I lived here for a year, and my experience was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was how management handled move-out. I was explicitly told I was “clear for evacuation” and that I would receive my deposit back, but that turned out to be completely untrue.
Maintenance was another ongoing problem. Requests took far longer than they should have, and issues were not handled with any sense of urgency. On top of that, there is a noticeable ant problem throughout the... complex that management is clearly aware of, yet it doesn’t seem to be properly addressed.
The noise level is also a major concern. There is frequent activity involving police and ambulances, which made the environment feel unsettled and, at times, uncomfortable.
Overall, I would not recommend living here. Between the lack of transparency, slow maintenance, pest issues, and constant disturbances, it was not a good experience. Read More

I'm in loved with Stratford Point! They are very clean, the staff is super awesome and Mega Friendly!
When something breaks, they come and fix it right away. They are always cleaning and maintaining the surroundings and hallways. I have no complaints at all. I'm so thrilled to pay my rent every month, cause I know I'm getting a good run for my money, I love love love it here! I feel safe and I love my apartment. Keep up the Super Awesome Job guys!

Pros: Office staff is friendly and helpful, apartments have a lot of space and a good layout. Least expensive for the size in the area.

Cons: The buildings aren't that old and they are already falling apart. Floors have cracked and crumbling concrete, tiles are always breaking, electrical work short circuits a lot.
