We have had such a wonderful experience living at NOVEL in Sanford! The community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, and it truly feels like home. The amenities are fantastic, and you can tell that a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable and welcoming place for residents.

The staff is friendly, helpful, and always makes you feel welcome. I especially appreciate how well the property is cared for and the sense of community here. The location is also incredibly… convenient to everything Sanford and the surrounding area have to offer.

Finding an apartment is easy, but finding a place that actually feels like home is something special. We are very happy to call NOVEL home and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful community in the Sanford area! ??

We drove from Indiana just for this apartment complex! It has everything we want, I love white oak and the wife LOVES plants! The club house being 24/7 is huge! Beer on draft and snacks and drinks for purchase to save you from late nights trips and door dashes. I love the key fobs and the app for the gate and the buildings makes it super convenient for visitors and ourselves! You can even make it a widget on your phone and Apple Watch for quick unlocking. They have EV chargers at every building… with our two teslas! The layout of the A11 is Beautiful! The way there’s two doors between the bedroom and bathroom for an open feel and for privacy. I love the mint green color scheme everything is perfect and ebony melissa and the staff are super cool!
