Love living here!! Staff are amazing. The community event are the best. So many activities to do. You really get to know your neighbors. Cute area to live in if your new to Florida.

If you do rent, make sure your unit doesn’t have a condenser above it. The vibration noise is constant, reverberating through the walls to the point where you can feel it vibrate your floors, and is extremely loud - and will keep you awake. Empty promises of “working on it” from the leasing office will only lead to more frustration. They are not working on it, there is no fix, and in the months that I’ve been here the noise has only gotten louder from whatever work is being done to the units... above.

Wouldn’t recommend leasing here. The office lacks urgency, especially for important issues. My husband & I were out of AC for 45 days at the start of our lease term in August-October 2024. We currently STILL have no AC and have not had any for the last 3 weeks (September-Current 2025). We are renewal residents who’ve never paid rent late - even by a day. Don’t expect to be treated like family by this community, they could care less.
