NOVEL Parkway by Crescent Communities Apartments

Every single staff member here from the office to maintenance has been super helpful and welcoming. I honestly enjoy being around the office staff they are the best everrr! I decided to follow my gut and pre-leased, that was the best decision I could've made. When I saw the property I was so stunned and excited. I knew I made the right decision. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. I never have to drive more than 10 mins for any of my errands. The property is beautiful and... the amenities are amazing as well as inclusive. This apartment is really centered around being a community and I love that. They have games everywhere and tons of offices and study rooms available for use (so theres no fighting). Just see for yourself! If I could give a billion stars I would.

Phenomenal place to live. It’s clean. The community of people is so friendly! Office staff are very helpful and pleasant. Shout out to Jacob! He’s got phenomenal people skills. We toured with him and signed lease with him. Maintenance is super responsive. Service request was completed within 24 hours. It’s really fun here too! They put on multiple events a month to be able to connect neighbors.

Leasing agents were very helpful but apartment could have been cleaner upon moving in. I really enjoy all of the amenities, Especially the pool area.

this apartment is very neat with a very good segal and manager jacob was very kind and very positively affected the decision to move in But it's a little disappointing that there aren't many parking spaces.

We have been living in the complex for almost a year and throughout this time it has been kept clean! Various events are constantly organized ! The neighbors are all very nice and friendly
