Consistent elevator problems and rotating staff. Other than that, friendly residents and staff, mostly clean atmosphere and wonderful amenities.

I just moved in and unfortunately my first impressions have been more negative than positive. The keys didn’t work when I first received them, the call box to my building doesn’t work, and the parking situation is terrible. Honestly, if I had known how bad parking was, I wouldn’t have signed a lease here. On top of that, the shower feels unsafe, when I stepped in, it buckled as if the fiberglass is damaged. Very disappointing.
I should have done more research before moving here, because... everything that sparkles on the surface doesn’t necessarily shine once you’re living in it. The amenities do look nice, though I haven’t had the chance to use them yet. Ebony was very kind and helpful during the move-in, and the bathroom design itself is nice. But overall, based on my first impressions, I don’t see myself staying for the full lease term.

From the apartment to the neighborhood itself it has been a really nice experience, it is well located and away from traffic. The amenities make it look like a mini resort
