The service requests are resolved in a timely manner. Staff is helpful and welcoming. Not much noise although I’m on the top floor. Cleanliness is great. They wash the corridor carpets. Only thing to note is that the elevator hesitates about 4 times to fully close which isn’t desired when trying to go somewhere or get to your apartment.. it’s minor. Overall, really good experience this far.

Overall, I’m very happy with my new home\. The customer service was good, and the leasing team was friendly and helpful\. However, there were some communication issues during the move\-in process that could have been handled better\.
The biggest disappointment was the condition of the apartment when we received it\. We were told it would be clean and in good condition, but it was very dirty and had several maintenance issues that needed repairs\. That was frustrating because we expected it to... be move\-in ready\.
On the positive side, the amenities are beautiful, always clean, and very well maintained\. They really make the community enjoyable and create a welcoming atmosphere\.
Despite the challenges we experienced on move\-in day, I’m genuinely happy with my new home\. I hope the management improves the apartment preparation process for future residents because this is a wonderful community with a lot of potential\.

We just moved two days ago and we absolutely love it here! I will start off by saying it is so clean and the staff is absolutely wonderful! We couldn’t be more happy!
