Novel parkway is a beautiful, quiet and clean community! Everything feels new and “fresh”. From the amenities to the appliances in your apartment, everything is perfect!

Consistent elevator problems and rotating staff. Other than that, friendly residents and staff, mostly clean atmosphere and wonderful amenities.

I just moved in and unfortunately my first impressions have been more negative than positive. The keys didn’t work when I first received them, the call box to my building doesn’t work, and the parking situation is terrible. Honestly, if I had known how bad parking was, I wouldn’t have signed a lease here. On top of that, the shower feels unsafe, when I stepped in, it buckled as if the fiberglass is damaged. Very disappointing.

I should have done more research before moving here, because... everything that sparkles on the surface doesn’t necessarily shine once you’re living in it. The amenities do look nice, though I haven’t had the chance to use them yet. Ebony was very kind and helpful during the move-in, and the bathroom design itself is nice. But overall, based on my first impressions, I don’t see myself staying for the full lease term. Lee mas

From the apartment to the neighborhood itself it has been a really nice experience, it is well located and away from traffic. The amenities make it look like a mini resort

Clean, new, modern, great amenities, responds quickly to issues when they come up. The entire leasing staff is very friendly and attentive. Overall great vibes!
