Beautiful grounds and friendly helpful staff. Maintenance is very responsive and efficient. Residents are very friendly. Only negative is that the clubhouse needs to be open at night and Sunday

I’ve had a great experience living here! The community is always clean and well-maintained, and the management team is friendly, professional, and quick to respond to any requests. The neighbors are respectful, and it always feels safe and peaceful. I also love how convenient the location is close to everything I need. Overall, it’s been a wonderful place to call home!

We moved here back in July and have found it pretty good so far!! Our Ac went out back in August and I called the maintenace crew came out within 30 minutes and had it back up and running!! We have really enjoyed it so far!!

Your maintenance staff is terrific. Respond quickly and are skilled. The two bedroom , two bath apartment is spacious . The granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms are wonderful and I LOVE the fact that it has NO carpets. One of the best features of the place is all the trees and grass. Looking out our front room doors/ windows is so pretty . The porch is spacious as are the cupboards and closets .The laundry room is wonderful and roomy. The Master bedroom is very roomy also . The... people living here are very pleasant.

The neighborhood itself is great. The buildings need work though. We’ve had our apartment flood. And you can hear your neighbors doing everything so having considerate neighbors can make or break it.
