clean and quiet neighborhood, my neighbors are friendly and amazing. Quick and easy process. When I got my tour I fell in love with our new home. It’s spacious and have had no problems from the day I came to get info till the day I finally moved in.

It is disappointing that after 9 months and several requests that there are still inoperable lights outside my home making it very difficult to see the lock at night.
Numerous no residents utilising the pool area. It seems the management do not care to fix issues

I understand the property is old but the maintenance to it could be much better. Management sometimes lacks the ability to respond to service requests. They can honestly do much better! This place isn’t bad and we have great neighbors looking after each other but management lacks attention to requests.
