Seems quite nice. Amenities are taken care of and staff is responsive. The units themselves are not all that, but AC washer/dryer and a dishwasher usually is asking too much. Thankfully this community delivers

Worst place. We are dying to get out of here. Few more months. The pool is for the entire Sanford city limit. We went to pool and saw people from the adjacent apartment complex trespassing through the fence and accessed the pool and we immediately left. The management is dismissive so we don’t bother to go and waste our time. They are good at renting but don’t care who they are renting out. Smoking weed, late night loud music, car repair at the parking lot, not cleaning after the pets, crowded... units with too many people and the lists go on!

I have been living at Sanford Landing for 12 years. I am a senior with a dog and feel very safe whenever I am out walking him. I have very friendly neighbors. The office staff is very kind, friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff is very timely with work orders (usually same day or the next).
If you enjoy photography, there’s plenty of wildlife, some flowers and a lake with fish, etc. The grounds are well maintained.
I would recommend Sanford Landing!
