My residences are very quiet and down to earth and are nice. I can sit outside on my patio in peace, as far as parking i have no problem with that at all.

Still a great place to live but maintenance especially around the trash dumpsters needs improvement. Also gutters need cleaning and dead foliage needs trimming

Repairs are half done and done incorrectly most of the time and the landscaping makes it look abandoned. No more nighttime security it seems and there’s a lot of obvious drug dealers operating out of this neighborhood. Peaceful and quiet during the day and has the potential to be a great neighborhood if the money was put into it.

Seems quite nice. Amenities are taken care of and staff is responsive. The units themselves are not all that, but AC washer/dryer and a dishwasher usually is asking too much. Thankfully this community delivers
