BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE

BE CAREFUL OF THIS PLACE!!!! I applied and paid all the fees and they ghosted me until the day before I was supposed to move in. Approved me but never sent a lease to sign. I called and emailed over and over! Their support team eventually sent me a survey (obviously I didn’t leave a raving review) and they reached out to rectify. I had to find another place to live (since I never heard from them and didn’t have a lease signed or a welcome letter until ONE DAY before my move-in) the support team... advised they would help in any way. All I requested was they cooperate with my bank to get my fees refunded, which they did not. Nearly $600 for them and an immense amount of stress and anxiety for me. Do not be fooled by the nice tours, they are unorganized, unprofessional and I would never ever recommend this place.
