I had such a wonderful experience working with Hillary during my apartment search! From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, friendly, patient, and informative. She made what can sometimes be a stressful and overwhelming process feel so much easier and more comfortable.

Hillary took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood everything I needed to know. She was very knowledgeable about the community, the apartments, the leasing process, and all of… the details that are important when making such a big decision. I never felt rushed or like I was asking too many questions. She genuinely seemed to care about helping me find the right place rather than simply trying to make a sale.

Move in process was very smooth and positive with nice specials. Residents and leasing team are very welcoming and kind. Apartments are spacious and modern. Nice pool and gym with a riverwalk nearby as well.

Staff is super friendly and my apartment is gorgeous. I love living so close to Lake Monroe.
