Staff is very nice but that’s not enough to make me wanna stay in these living conditions! A/C has been down for more than a week, IN THE MIDDLE OF SUMMER. Anytime you make a request they say they are super understaffed. Also stating that there are many other units with the same problem. I have heard from other tenants that this isn’t a new issue they have. I’ve been waiting for two week on a battery for my fire alarm and toilet to be fixed. Maybe paying the maintenance people more money would… fix the problem..I say that because that’s what one of the maintenance guys told me. It’s unfair to the tenants paying full rent to have to live like this. Unacceptable. I have been leaving service request almost everyday and have only had one call back. The times they have come to fix the issue no one has tried servicing the unit outside. I’m just beyond frustrated and will warn everyone I know to stay away from this place. Read More

We have a friend living in this property and we find the apartments excellent we have been visiting 3 times and everything is relatively close we live in Texas and are planning to move to Florida and would love to find our home in this property

We lived here two years. At first we were under Concord Management. It was awesome. The whole place was clean and tidy. The office staff was great. The tenants were properly screened. The pets were the correct size and there were no pit bulls. Everything was great.

Then management changed. Half of my building moved out. We got awful neighbors who had screaming fights all times of day and night, outside. People were selling drugs. We had cops stationed around and across the street a LOT. We… didn’t feel safe anymore. Trash piled up. There were destructive kids damaging the property which was then not repaired nicely. People were leaving disgusting messes at the pool area and around the office on weekends. The county does not clean up trash dumped along the only road where you can walk dogs, homeless people live in the woods and wander into the property by climbing over the back fence, and drug deals also take place on the side road.

As soon as our lease was up, we moved away. All of the friends we had there have also moved out. I can see by the reduction in rents and free application that they have lost a LOT of tenants! It’s sad because it used to be great! Look somewhere else! Read More

These are great apartments in a great area. I have lived here since 2001 and pretty much have experienced all the great stores and restaurants built around this community. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to issues. My girls have been raised here and I feel completely safe. I have never had any issues with neighbors and the community is family friendly. There is new management as of early 2017. You can just imagine how scary this might be as we all get… comfortable with what and who we know, but I made a prompt visit to the office and met with Mary, the community manager. I felt that she was empathetic to my needs, I felt as if we had connected, building a working relationship I could trust.
I see myself calling this home for a couple more years. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others. Read More
