Real estate being truly in their veins, Jeff and Tiffany have built and/or remodeled over 20 properties in SW Florida, each one offering them a unique experience that they carry with them to further expertly guide their customers. Recently Tiffany assisted one long time family client with the identification and acquisition of three properties which had remodel potential. She conceptualized the redesign, hired the contractors, managed the project, made all the selections, decorated the finished product, and listed and sold the properties for an almost $1,000,000 profit in a 12-month span. Recently Jeff and Tiffany developed and built a 14,000 square foot commercial center and leased out the unit to companies such as Dunkin Doughnuts and operated their own successful restaurant in the plaza for multiple years. They eventually expanded the restaurant business which had almost 100 employees at one time. From cost calculations, lease negotiations, cost of goods sold management, marketing campaigns, and human resource management, Jeff and Tiffany added even more high-level business experience to their repertoire. The restaurants and plaza eventually sold but the business knowledge and growth carried with Jeff and Tiffany to again add to the wealth of knowledge they can draw upon when guiding buyers and sellers. As co-presidents of the Burns Family Team, Jeff and Tiffany have achieved unparalleled success in the real estate industry, not only for themselves, but especially for their valued clients. The Burns Family team is recognized as one of the top three producers out of the 1,400 agents for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty throughout the state of Florida and up to North Carolina. They have sold well over $1 Billion in residential real estate here in SW Florida and almost a quarter of a billion in real estate sales in 2021 alone.
