No smoking is permitted on the property grounds, including the back and front porches. No pets are allowed unless it is a service pet with pre-approval. The back door has an alarm for safety due to the small splash pool in the backyard. Be aware of wildlife in the area, including bears and other critters, especially during certain seasons. Fresh towels are provided at the beginning of the stay, and there is a washer/dryer on-site. Please do not use towels for makeup removal to avoid fines for ruined towels.
