A Rental Application Fee of $80 for each applicant will be collected to initiate a screening and criminal background check as part of the application evaluation process. Beach Sunsets Inc charges a Resident fee of $25 per month payable with rent. This charge is designed to provide convenience and professional service to each tenant(s).
