We offer individual leases so that everyone in the home is protected with their own contract and responsible for themselves only, not their housemates. Students can live with their friends and peers without the worry of being legally and financially responsible for others on the same lease.

We are in the business of making off-campus living as easy as possible. If you have a group who want to live together could you find a house to lease to college students? Most property owners avoid college student tenants. Will it be in a safe area? Close to campus? After furnishing it top to bottom, paying all the utilities, the requirement of all tenants to be on one lease and no options to pay with Financial Aid is it worth it? If you are looking for trusted dorm-style alternative housing that takes all the hassle out of off-campus living so students can have the same ease of on-campus living then we are here for you.

We have been a full-service, fully-staffed, dorm alternative student housing company for almost 20 years. Serving students and our community is important to us. In an effort to make our housing as accessible as possible, a limited number of rental rate spaces may be negotiable in the case of student financial constraints. However, please understand that our rental rates in general are not negotiable and our intention is to make this option available only to the few, select students who may most need it. We realize that students in groups may have different budget ranges, so if a group is interested in one of our homes but the rental rate of that home stretches a group member too far, we are open to doing what we can to make it work to get the group into the home. Please feel free to inquire about that option if this may apply and acceptance and availability will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
